Become an Ambassador

If you’re a dedicated RE/MAX agent or team leader over 40 years of age, with a track record of leadership and professional excellence, take this exciting step in your career and apply to become a Vanguard Collective Ambassador to represent your local community. This is your chance to be a mentor and speak up for change on behalf of your peers.

You must be nominated by your Broker/Owner or Manager and meet the following requirements:

  • Must be a RE/MAX agent or team leader for minimum of 2 years.
  • Must submit a 1-2 minute video in length expressing why you should be selected.
  • Must be available for quarterly conference calls with RE/MAX Canada. 
  • Must be committed to attend the annual RE/MAX Activate National Conference.
  • Must create a local closed Facebook group of The Vanguard Collective members in their respective area. 
  • Must have proven leadership and/or professional capability.
  • All RE/MAX Agents who consider joining The Vanguard Collective as an ambassador must be approved by RE/MAX Canada and be in good standing. 
  • Ambassador’s will work on a 2-year term.
