We’re thrilled to announce that Matthew Regan and his team from Royal LePage in Mississauga, ON, have officially joined RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc. in Oakville, ON. Matthew and The Regan Team have combined forces with Alex Irish & Associates, becoming Regan Irish & Associates.

What began as a meeting to discuss their business goals and the challenges in their local market quickly revealed a strong synergy between the real estate leaders. This connection led to further meetings, during which Matthew proposed combining their individual strengths into one unified powerhouse, to tackle the ever-changing market.

Alex explains, “this partnership offers an enhanced real estate experience for our clients, and reflects our long-standing commitment to providing high-quality, relationship-focused service while leveraging new technologies and business strategies.”

Matthew has been a respected agent and leader in the real estate community for more than 21 years, assembling a successful team of 20 agents. Alex started her real estate career at RE/MAX in 2006, building her own team of 8 top-producing agents.
