We are happy to announce that we will once again be kicking off an ad campaign with The Globe and Mail. We will be placing full-page, full colour listing ads in The Globe and Mail’s Saturday News Section. Our ads will run on April 20th, May 4th, May 18th, June 1st, September 14th, and September 28th.

These ads will feature up to 12 of The RE/MAX Collection listings located anywhere in Canada. The listings featured will change on a per ad basis.

The weekly deadlines for listing submissions are below. Please note that submissions were due on Mondays in prior years, that has been moved up to Fridays.

  • Friday, April 5th – 2pm ET
  • Friday, April 19th – 2pm ET
  • Friday, May 3rd – 2pm ET
  • Friday, May 17th – 2pm ET
  • Friday, August 30th – 2pm ET
  • Friday, September 13th – 2pm ET

You must submit your listing by the deadline on each of the mentioned dates for consideration. Any listing received after the deadline will not be considered.

The parameters for the property to be considered are:

  • Preferred within 30 days new
  • Must be listed for at least 2x the average residential price in your market, therefore meeting or exceeding The RE/MAX Collection threshold. The threshold list can be found on remax.luxurylaunchpad.com under “Canada Resources.”
  • Min. list price $3,000,000
  • Must have excellent high quality photography and home staging
  • Must be tagged as a The RE/MAX Collection Property on remax.ca/luxury
