The last contest in the 3-part MAX Wins series started on October 7th and ran until November 3rd. This contest was designed to help clients “Stress Less” by giving 20 lucky winners a $1,500 Expedia gift card, offering them the chance to unwind with a much-needed getaway after buying, selling, or renovating their home.
With this contest, we rolled out a new initiative, providing agents with the opportunity to create their own customized contest URL through MAX/Center. This allowed agents to share their unique URL with their network directly on social, email, text, and e-newsletters. The best part? Anytime a client entered the contest through their unique contest URL, the agent would receive a lead through MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail letting them know that someone entered the contest through their URL.
Contest Highlights
- We received a total of 11,432 entries during the contest – 3,854 entries were from our agents’ unique URLs.
- We had 212 agents create unique URLs and share them with their network, contributing 1,740 new contacts to MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail.
- 2,104 are returning/existing contacts.
- Of those agents who used the unique URL, they generated an average of 18.2 entries, and 45% of those entries were new contacts to MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail.


By creating and sharing a unique URL for the contest, agents were able to track and manage their leads more effectively. This provided them with the opportunity to reconnect with clients and turn them into active leads.
