The new MAX/Tech Commercial partnered with RealNex platform provides resources and tools to help in every stage of commercial deals.
Important Items and Dates
1. The MAX/Tech Commercial partnered with RealNex platform provides RE/MAX Commercial Brokers access to RealNex Marketplace Pro at no additional cost. In many ways, this offering represents an upgrade from the Buildout platform previously provided.
2. Until September 30, 2024, RE/MAX Commercial Brokers will also receive a free trial of RealNex Navigator, the complete RealNex suite of products with upgraded functionality. You’ll have the opportunity to lock in a discounted price of $99/month if you subscribe by June 30, 2024.
3. Buildout will no longer be offered at no additional cost to RE/MAX Commercial Brokers after September 30, 2024.
