The time has officially come for us to say goodbye to Launchpad and hello to MAX/Center on June 24 as we continue to align with RE/MAX Headquarters on all tools and resources designed to power your business.

No need to worry, as the same amazing tools and resources that were available to you on Launchpad are now accessible to you on MAX/Center. You will be able to see below the specific apps that were transferred from Launchpad and are now featured as tiles in MAX/Center. We encourage you to sign in and start getting familiar with the platform if you aren’t already. Want to get started, but need some extra guidance? MAX/Center training is available!

Where to find the most used Apps from Launchpad in MAX/Center

Here is where you will be able to access all of your apps on MAX/Center and can bookmark your most used apps to create a favourites list.

The following tools will be decommissioned along with Launchpad and not replaced as or in an app in MAX/Center:

My Goals
Awards & Recognition Tile (can all be accessed via the Marketing Portal)
Shortcuts into Homes Connect
Hot Air Balloon Request Form will be searchable in MAX/Center as Eastern Hot Air Balloon Booking)
Broker Pulse Emails and Reports – please email your Region Development Representative for this data moving forward.

It is important to note that while you will still be able to impersonate staff in your office, there are greater limitations in MAX/Center so some of your processes may need to be adjusted accordingly. This is a result of updated privacy laws and requirements. Should you have any questions about impersonation in MAX/Center, please connect with the Product Support Team.
