We once again partnered with The Globe & Mail, Central Edition (does not include Quebec) for our Spring 2023 Media Campaign. The purpose of the campaign was to advertise your luxury listings, gaining you extra exposure, increasing favourability with your clients, and enhancing The RE/MAX Collection luxury brand.
We placed 4 insertions in the Saturday News Section starting on April 15th and running through May 27th. Each print ad featured 12 luxury listings. Markets were given equal consideration and listings were published from Thunder Bay, to Gravenhurst, Sarnia, Toronto, Torbay, and more.
Luxury properties were submitted via an online form, and chosen to appear based on the below criteria.
- Preferred within 30 days new
- Must be listed for at least 2x the average residential price in your market, therefore meeting or exceeding The RE/MAX Collection Threshold. Threshold lists for single family and condos can be found on remax.luxurylaunchpad.com
- Must have excellent high-quality photography and home staging
- Must be tagged as a The RE/MAX Collection Property on remax.ca/luxury
