There is lots to be excited for at this year’s Activate Conference! The CMN Fundraising event being one of them!
Join us live in the BC Ballroom (main room) on Friday, Sept. 29th from 1:30pm-2:00pm for the CMN Live Auction, Flip for Kids Coin Toss, and the prize draw (must purchase Flip for Kids participation wristband and prize draw tickets ahead of Fundraising event at the CMN booth at the exhibitor showcase). All funds raised from these CMN initiatives will be donated to local children’s hospitals across Canada.
Live Auction
The Live Auction will take place on stage in BC Ballroom on Friday, Sept. 29th (1:30pm-2:00pm). Don’t miss out on the chance to take home some of these incredible prizes!

Flip for Kids
Heads or tails? Which will you choose? Join in the feel-good fun at the CMN Flip for Kids Coin Toss! For just $20 Participants receive a Miracle Wristband for a chance to win 2024 R4 Base Registration for 2 in Las Vegas, NV (March 25-28th, 2024 Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino)!
How to Enter:
Stop by the CMN booth at the Exhibitor Showcase in the BC Ballroom Foyer and purchase your $20 wristband (opens Sept. 28th at 8am).
The Flip for Kids Coin Toss will take place in the BC Ballroom on Friday, Sept. 29th (1:30pm-2:00pm) for your chance to win!
How to Play:
- Stand up when the coin toss begins and choose heads or tails.
- If your side wins you get to stay in the game.
- The coin toss continues until there is one lucky winner.
Prize Draw
Stop by the CMN booth at the Exhibitor Showcase in BC Ballroom Foyer to review the Three (3) Prize Draw packages (opens Sept. 28th at 8am).
To participate, donate at one of these suggested levels:
- $10 for one ballot
- $25 for three ballots
- $40 for 5 ballots
The participant gets to choose what prize package(s) they want to put their ballots in (there will be 3 ballot boxes, one for each prize). The prize draws will take place live on stage in BC Ballroom on Friday, Sept. 29th (1:30pm-2:00pm) during the CMN Fundraising event.
There are three (3) prize packages available:
Prize package #1: The BC Experience: Experience BC from the air and on the track with this prize that includes Four (4) prepaid one-way flight vouchers, $250 gift card for Indoor Go Kart Racing and then grab a bite to eat afterwards with a $100 gift card to The Keg.
Prize package #2: The Ultimate Sports Fan: Baseball. Hockey. Basketball, oh my! This ultimate sports fan package features not one, but TWO signed Toronto Blue Jays bats. One, signed by outfielder, George Springer III, and the second, signed by first baseman and designated hitter, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. It also includes a signed WHL jersey by Connor Bedard who played for the Regina Pats before moving to the NHL to play with the Cleveland Blackhawks. AND, last but not least, this package includes a signed NBA basketball by Shia Gilgeous-Alexander of the Oklahoma State Thunder and his cousin Nickeil Alexander-Walker of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
