Admins can now include Office listings in their Listing Automation under CORE Listing Machine in MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE.
Steps to Set Up:
1. Access Design Center within MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE
2. Click on Settings and Media Library on the top right
3. On this new window, select the scope (Company or Office)
4. Scroll down on the window to see a tile called Entity Social Media Posting
5. Click Edit
6. Connect Facebook and/or LinkedIn Accounts (Note that Twitter will be added soon)
7. Once accounts are connected, click on Create Entity Kit and set up the listing kit with your preferred preferences. Note that the Scope selected in Step 3 will cover the listings that will be included in this kit – either listings for one location or the whole company
a. Note that as of 12/28 we are running into some issues where a large company with many listings/offices may run into an error on LinkedIn due to too many posts. This will be solved with some batching of posts in January 2024 but until then, it is advised that larger offices with high listing volume do Office scopes for each location rather than the full company scope for now.
8. Click Save
9. Repeat as needed for another location
