As of September 30, Canadian users will no longer have access to Design Center provided by MoxiWorks. Below you’ll find steps to help you through the transition, along with key dates to put on your calendar.
Going forward, you are encouraged to use the powerful CORE Listing Machine & Design Center tool inside MAX/Tech powered by kvCORE. It allows you to do everything in one place – from designing marketing pieces to building campaigns to tracking the resulting leads.
Important Dates:
- Aug. 3: CORE Listing Machine & Design Center launch
- Aug. 30: Last day to request a refund of credits from MoxiWorks
- Sept. 30: Last day to use any credits or funds in MoxiWorks
- Sept. 30: Last day for Design Center provided by MoxiWorks access
- Nov. 30: Receive credit refund from MoxiWorks (if you requested a refund prior to Aug. 30)
Checklist to transition from Design Center provided by MoxiWorks:
- Use open credits you have from Design Center provided by MoxiWorks as soon as you can.
- Complete any open projects.
- Export custom items you may need in the future from Design Center provided by MoxiWorks. Here is a guide to offboarding.
- Request refunds from Design Center provided by MoxiWorks before Aug. 30 by emailing support@moxiworks.com.
